Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for all agency positions ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Supervise HR Coordinators, assisting with recruitment operations, workflow management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship‑building strategies.
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach initiatives, including job fairs, workforce development partnerships, school collaborations, and recruitment events.
- Utilize recruitment marketing strategies, including social media, digital advertising, and emerging recruitment platforms, to increase candidate flow and organizational visibility.
- Analyze recruitment trends and labor market data to support sourcing strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Lead and direct initiative to partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to identify staffing needs, define position requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate and improve recruitment workflows to increase operational efficiency, consistency, and candidate engagement.
- Oversee and direct all recruitment, sourcing and all available platforms to drive recruitment outreach.
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to recruitment, onboarding coordination, and candidate management processes.
- Modernize recruitment practices.
- Develop and report on recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Provide direction, support, and workflow oversight to HR Coordinators involved in recruitment operations.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning, position management, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate data within the HRIS and applicant tracking systems in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Increase the utilization of the HRIS applicant tracking system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision‑making, identify trends, and improve outcomes.
- Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Policy and procedure development.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability, innovation, and professionalism.
- Federal and state regulatory requirements as it relates to recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment practices, particularly within high‑volume non‑profit arena.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems, preferably UKG Pro.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to interpret recruitment trends and workforce data.
- Ability to develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Lead organizational change and drive standardization across departments.
- Influence and partner across departments to drive alignment.
- Ability to lead, coach, and support team members in a fast‑paced environment.
- Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of recruitment experience required.
- Experience with in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or direct care environments preferred.
- Experience recruiting for direct care, clinical, or certified positions strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with high‑volume recruitment and workforce pipeline development required.
- Experience leading projects, processes, or team members preferred.
- Experience supervising employees.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to transport individuals safely.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (PMT, First Aid, CPR; training provided).
