HR Coordinator – Fairfield County, CT (On‑Site)
Compensation:
Up to $85k DOE.
We are partnering with a well‑established organization to identify an HR Coordinator to support a busy Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys the operational side of Human Resources and has a strong background in recruiting coordination, ATS administration, document management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer administration.
- Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR records while ensuring compliance.
- Support HR administrative functions including employment verifications, personnel changes, and document management.
- Coordinate background checks, onboarding requirements, and new hire logistics.
- Assist with HR reporting and tracking recruiting metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Support ongoing HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative initiatives as needed.
- Strong Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
- Recruiting coordination and talent acquisition support.
- HR document administration and organizational skills.
- 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition efforts.
- Strong ATS administration experience (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, UKG, or similar).
- Experience maintaining HR records and employee documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused and enjoys supporting employees and candidates.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of administrative processes.
- Strong communicator who builds positive relationships across the organization.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
