HR Coordinator

Compensation:
Up to $85k DOE

We are partnering with a well-established organization to identify an HR Coordinator to support a busy Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys the operational side of Human Resources and has a strong background in recruiting coordination, ATS administration, document management, and HR administration.

This role will work closely with HR leadership to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience while maintaining compliance, supporting hiring initiatives, and keeping HR processes running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer administration
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee documentation
  • Maintain confidential employee files and HR records while ensuring compliance
  • Support HR administrative functions including employment verifications, personnel changes, and document management
  • Coordinate background checks, onboarding requirements, and new hire logistics
  • Assist with HR reporting and tracking recruiting metrics
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Support ongoing HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative initiatives as needed

  • Ideal Background
    • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
    • Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition efforts
    • Strong ATS administration experience (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, UKG, or similar)
    • Experience maintaining HR records and employee documentation
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience
