HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position supports core human resources operations while helping create a positive employee experience across onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in employee relations and HR administration, along with the ability to manage information accurately within HR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily human resources activities, including employee records management, policy guidance, and general administrative coordination.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation steps, and ensuring a smooth start to employment.
• Assist employees and managers with benefits-related questions, enrollment support, and follow-up on eligibility or coverage matters.
• Address workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion, helping to resolve employee relations issues in partnership with leadership and HR stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data in the HRIS and other personnel systems, ensuring records are current, organized, and compliant.
• Help administer HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including status changes, documentation updates, and internal communications.
• Partner with internal teams to promote consistent HR practices and support compliance with company policies and employment requirements.
