Location: New Hartford
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR support for a non‑union manufacturing plant with approximately 180 employees. You will partner with plant leadership to drive business results through talent management, employee relations, compliance, engagement, and HR operations.
This onsite role supervises one HR Generalist and sits on the site leadership team. A Bachelor’s in HR, 5+ years in manufacturing HR, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office are required;
