QA Lead, IT​/Tech, Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understand the overall project and phase‑wise requirements
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and definition
• Define test planning strategy, including regression and non‑functional testing plans
• Perform functional testing post‑integration customizations
• Stage through lab/test, pre‑production, and production environments
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts
• Execute tests across integrations and phases
• Generate and own user guides for integrations
• Draft and own test plans for various phases and integrations
• Create testing work tasks for phases and integrations
• Allocate tasks to team members and manage task execution
• Ensure quality and timely deliverables
• Coordinate with project manager, other leads, and team members to provide optimal solutions
• Rework test plans and user guides for various phases and integrations as needed
• Collaborate with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality
• Work with engineering and RA teams to manage defects and bugs

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, EE, or equivalent experience (required)
• Master disappointment:
  Master’s Degree preferred
• 8+ years of industry experience in coding, testing, and test methodologies
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, process definition, and execution
• Strong билән working knowledge of test automation tools for backend and UI
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall software development methodologies
• Experience with at least one test automation tool (Cucumber, Postman, TestNG, Selenium)
• Experience with scripting languages (Python)
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Process‑oriented, self‑starter, self‑motivated individual
• Knowledge of NMS/EMS/OSS is a plus
• Experience with task allocation and team management (preferred)
