We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, individual contributor who is ready to take charge, build the Spryte Agency business from the ground up, and make a substantial impact. Spryte Agency is an innovative tech agency redefining how high-caliber technology leaders—CTOs, CISOs, and senior tech executives—are represented, supported, and advanced in their careers. Spryte Labs aims to empower tech leaders by managing their professional brand, strategic opportunities, contract negotiations, and career progression.

• Nurture relationships with an existing roster of high-profile CTOs, CISOs, and senior tech executives in rapidly growing companies.
• Build and manage the operational framework for representing, promoting, and strategically positioning clients with top companies.
• Coordinate branding, PR, contract negotiations, and business opportunities for tech leaders.
• Actively network within tech communities to build Spryte Labs' market presence and visibility.
• Handle day-to-day operational aspects, financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

• Sales or recruiting background with no more than 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, ambitious, proactive, and eager to build a startup.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of comfort engaging with C‑suite executives and industry leaders.
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and executive representation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
