IT Programmer Analyst; IBM i​/RPG

The Lee Company, a global leader in precision fluid control products, is seeking an IT Programmer Analyst to support and enhance enterprise manufacturing systems in our IBM i (AS/400) environment.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, ILE / Free‑Format RPGLE) and CL / CLLE
• Provide technical and functional support for Infor XA ERP
  , including Power Link and Net Link
• Support Infor XA modules such as COM, PUR, MRP, IM, and EPDM
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Support system integrations and data processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system improvements

• Hands‑on experience with IBM i / AS400 systems
• Working knowledge of DB2/400, SQL/400, Query/400, and OS/400 commands
• Experience supporting Infor XA in a manufacturing environment is desirable
• Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and data management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
