IT Project Manager

Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager with 3‑5 years of project management experience to join their team and support a growing portfolio of technology initiatives. This role was created to help balance workload as responsibilities expand within the IT organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and IT requirements while driving projects forward.

• Coordinate and manage IT‑related projects.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand IT concepts and processes.
• Initiate projects from scratch and proactively identify risks or conflicts.
• Bridge gaps between business and IT requirements; challenge assumptions and identify scope issues.
• Track timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Utilize project‑management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Visio, and Asana.
• Report directly to project‑management leadership.

• Associate’s degree (or higher).
• Experience working cross‑functionally with IT management and engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly motivated, self‑starter.

Entry Level

Permanent position based out of Chester, CT.

Pay range: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
