Location: Higganum
Gathr Outdoors in Higganum, CT is seeking an IT Support Technician I to be the first point of contact for end users, delivering Tier 1 hardware, software, and connectivity support in a modern hybrid environment.
In this role you will work with Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft Entra , Microsoft 365, and cloud-based systems such as Net Suite, handling onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, and basic troubleshooting. Occasional travel between locations may be required.
