Job SummaryThe Evaluation Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of all evaluation-related activities. They will also help manage evaluation meeting logistics and facilitation, implementation, data management and analyses, supervision of undergraduate and graduate students, and evaluation dissemination and use activities. Job responsibilities cluster into five categories: project management and coordination, evaluation design, evaluation implementation and data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance.
The Evaluation Project Manager will report to Dr. Bianca Montrosse-Moorhead, incoming Department Head and Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology, and QuantumCT Engine External Evaluation Lead.
The NSF Quantum Technologies Engine in Connecticut (QuantumCT Engine), led by the University of Connecticut, aims to advance American quantum innovation and secure the domestic quantum supply chain by accelerating the commercialization of quantum technologies for national defense, biotechnology, and financial services. Through innovation, applied research leading to new technologies, support for inventors and entrepreneurs and workforce development, the QuantumCT Engine will advance quantum sensing, secured communications, computing, and materials through shared test bed, deep-tech incubator, and translation pathways.
- Assist and coordinate the day-to-day operational management of project evaluation activities.
- Coordinate and support all evaluation-related project logistics, including meetings, workshops, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support the design, implementation, and management of data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, assessments, and other evaluation instruments.
- Maintain evaluation databases and records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable policies and protocols.
- Compile, organize, analyze, and summarize evaluation data for reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
