This is position requires being onsite at the Essex, CT location, but open to moving to hybrid after 6 months.

Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

The ideal candidate will be sales and service focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Person al Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed on the most complex accounts.

• Manage a book of Insurance business.
• Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
• Collect and analyze client information.
• Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.
• Achieves established sales goals.
• Provides marketing expertise.
• Provides networking opportunities.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong Organizational skills.

• Active property and casualty license.
• 2 – 5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
• Experience Cross-selling and Upselling.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Insurance sales experience.
