Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Wiremold team in West Hartford, CT
. The Wiremold organization is looking for an experienced Supply Chain leader who can develop people, redesign processes, and modernize how the business operates.
The right candidate will act as a change agent—driving continuous improvement, strengthening supply chain fundamentals, and supporting enterprise system optimization to enable a more efficient and scalable operating model.
What Will You Do?- Lead and develop the supply chain team, including planning, procurement, inventory, and shipping/receiving functions to drive operational performance.
- Serve as a key supply chain leader in supporting enterprise ERP (SAP) systems and digital supply chain tools.
- Redesign and standardize supply chain processes to improve data accuracy, visibility, and execution.
- Improve production planning, inventory control, logistics, and material flow using Lean and continuous improvement principles.
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Quality to align processes and drive operational excellence.
- Support change management, training, and adoption of new or enhanced systems, tools, and processes.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive corrective actions where needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar), with strong understanding of how ERP supports supply chain planning, execution, and reporting.
- Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, or significant process transformations within supply chain environments.
- APICS certification (CSCP or CPIM) is preferred.
- SAP 4
HANA experience is preferred. - Proven people leadership experience with a coaching and development mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with a hands‑on, problem‑solving orientation.
- Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, and standardized processes.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence across multiple functions and organizational levels.
