Seasonal Shuttle Driver

SHUTTLE DRIVER

Position is Seasonal

• Regular/Onsite attendance required.
• Responsible for shuttle routes from community to required locations daily.
• Create and upkeep daily shuttle schedule.
• Communicate general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community Manager.
• Maintain daily logs as required by Community Manager.
• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager.
• Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager.
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness.
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters.
• Enforce policies of the community delegated by the immediate supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Regular stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, repeating wrist/hands/fingers motions, etc.
• Frequent movement between work sites; occasional ascension/descension ladders, stairs, etc.; lift/handle objects up to 25 lbs.
• Operate machinery or motor vehicles, golf carts; work overtime, weekends, nights; work in extreme temperatures or hazardous chemicals.

Salary Range: $17 per hour to $19 per hour.
