Supply Chain Analyst in Franklin

Job Description

Client is seeking a Flow Controller to join its Logistics Transformation Team
. This role will focus on developing and supporting transportation and supply chain flow projects at both domestic and global levels, with a primary emphasis on optimizing North American supply chain flows.

• Supporting flow optimization projects that drive improvements in lead time, inventory levels, transportation efficiency, and CO2 reduction.
• Designing, analyzing, and implementing transportation flow strategies across domestic and international lanes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Customs, Supply Chain Planning, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
• Identifying constraints, escalating issues, and supporting organizational readiness for flow changes.
• Preparing and presenting project updates, status reports, KPIs, and business benefits to leadership teams.
• Supporting Logistic Revision (LRI) reviews and project governance activities.
• Leading or participating in flow workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Driving transit time optimization and supply chain efficiency improvements through data analysis and process enhancements.
