The Central Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Central Quality Department. Leading various quality systems including, but not limited to, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), internal and external auditing, document control / change management, and supplier quality.

- Oversee Certified Operator program which includes Quality Training for Operators and Operator Audits
- Oversee Data Management
- Oversee Designated Source Quality Representative (DSQR) program
- Oversee the management of MRB
- Effectively communicate and reinforce commitment to quality systems and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist with the analysis of data and metrics, generate relevant reports and lead improvement initiatives, as directed
- Participate in the quality reporting and management review process
- Provide technical support to Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales
- Other duties, as assigned by the Quality Manager
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution, plus 5 years related experience and 2 years supervisory/leadership experience or associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field, plus 2 years related experience and 2 years supervisory/leadership experience
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Experience working with either ISO
9001 or AS9100 QMS standards - Knowledge and experience with quality tools, such as CAPA, six-sigma, lean manufacturing, PPAP, FMEA, problem solving techniques, root-cause-analysis
- Solid understanding of business practices and understanding the impact quality has to the organization
- Interpersonal and supervisory skills, such as emotional competency, coaching, providing feedback, and evaluating performance of subordinates, and the ability to coach and motivate employees
- Demonstrated leadership, organization and project management skills to lead cross functional teams and improvements
