The Horizons at NCCS in New Canaan, CT seeks an Executive Director to partner with the Board to set strategic direction and grow the flagship program. You will lead a leadership team of five and oversee summer staff of 100+, guiding program impact for underserved youth.
Reporting to the NCCS Head of School, you will advance mission through year-round academic and enrichment initiatives, cultivate donors and partners, and expand opportunities to close the gap.
