Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient workflow for Georgica Auto Holdings.

Job Responsibilities:

*** Manage and supervise service technicians, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
* Develop and implement service department policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability.
* Monitor service department performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, repair times, and revenue, and implement improvements as needed.
* Address customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
* Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies for the service department.
* Prepare and manage the service department budget.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to ensure seamless operations.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and recall information.
* Conduct quality control checks on repairs and maintenance services.

Job Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
* Solid understanding of automotive parts and inventory management.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service operations.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* ASE certifications preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in automotive technology or business administration is a plus.
