Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Machine Operator for deployment to Hungary. Candidate must perform manufacturing tasks including machine operation, production processes, and quality inspection. Ensures safe equipment use and compliance with company and safety standards.

Responsibilities- Production and Quality
- Manufacture and assemble sand cores according to specifications
- Meet key quality indicators and performance targets
- Conduct required inspections and maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of machines, tools, and equipment
- Occupational Safety and Work Environment
- Adhere strictly to occupational safety regulations
- Safeguard own health and safety as well as that of coworkers
- Maintain an orderly, transparent, and safe work environment
- In emergencies, immediately notify a supervisor and follow given instructions
- Shift Handover
- Review updates from outgoing colleagues regarding machine and tool conditions at the start of each shift
- Perform initial and ongoing checks throughout the shift
- Provide accurate handover information to the incoming colleague at the end of the shift
- Reporting and Escalation
- Report progress, issues, and irregularities to the supervisor promptly
- Follow work instructions; any deviation must be coordinated with the shift supervisor to prevent accidents or material damage
- Suggest improvements to work processes when appropriate
- Additional Duties
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management within the scope of the role and qualifications
- Compliance and Standards
- Follow corporate policies and central/local regulations
- Support company policies and objectives through consistent performance and professional behavior
- Comply with integrated management systems requirements:
- Quality Management (QMS)
- Occupational Health & Safety (OHSMS)
- Information Security (ISMS)
- Ensure compliance with corporate product safety and company standards
- At least two (2) years of experience as a Machine Operator
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to safety protocols and quality standards
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and follow strict operational procedures
