The Press Brake Operator plays a critical role in the consumer support services industry by efficiently operating and maintaining press brake machinery to shape and form metal components with precision. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating press brake machinery or similar metal forming equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and metalworking processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Certification in press brake operation or metal fabrication.
• Experience with CNC press brake machines.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and reporting.
• Previous experience in a consumer support services or manufacturing setting.

• Set up and operate press brake machines according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine bending sequences and angles.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to inspect finished products and address any defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any operational issues to supervisors promptly.
