Machine Operator - 2nd Shift; Onsite

Location:

Pratt & Whitney, Asheville, North Carolina
Shift: M-TH, 4:15 p.m. – 2:45 a.m.

• Operate production machines to produce turbine airfoil blades and vanes.
• Perform coatings, grinding, hole drilling, and finishing operations in a standard work loop.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and operation sheets with precision measurements.
• Demonstrate understanding of quality and production standards.
• Apply knowledge of machining methods, metal cutting qualities, fabrication, and tooling.
• Conduct routine operations and quality checks on the production line.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized for this role.
• Previous manufacturing experience or advanced manufacturing certification.

• 2 or more years of experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing.
