Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler III, where your analytical skills and operational expertise will drive production efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal production schedules, supporting new product introductions, and collaborating across departments for business success. [Responsibilities]
- Develop and manage complex production schedules to maximize output and minimize delays
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, schedule attainment, and inventory utilization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics) for seamless workflow and issue resolution
- Plan manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production demands and shifting priorities
- Lead material planning for new product launches, rebranding, and specification updates
- Maintain and update MRP master data, BOMs, and routing to ensure accurate planning
- Proactively identify and communicate risks related to inventory and production schedules
- Prepare, analyze, and present status and performance reports to management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and process improvement tools
- Support SIOP meetings and participate in daily management stand-ups
- Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, GMP, and other regulatory standards
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience in production planning and scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Demonstrated project management ability in fast-paced environments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of production planning principles and quality control standards
[Preferred Skills]
- APICS certification in Planning & Inventory Management
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
