Position:
Cell Leader – Advanced Casting Foundry (ACF) – Onsite – U.S. Citizen Required

• Assist with the start-up of the Asheville ACF facility and lead the cell during the startup phase.
• Onboard, train, and provide direction to skilled employees.
• Lead employee engagement and drive continuous improvement efforts guided by the Control Tower objectives.
• Lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements.
• Perform daily supervisory responsibilities, project management, effective communication, and execution with support group members.
• Establish work schedules considering customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities.
• Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building through daily toolbox meetings and effective communications.
• Work dedicatedly to address issues and engage the workforce in achieving cell goals.
• Demonstrate 100% dedication to Quality, Environment Health, and Safety (EHS) and Standard Production System (SPS).
• Drive quality and customer satisfaction through core operating system and continuous improvement.

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience working with all levels of management.
• SAP experience.
• Specialized knowledge of technical/operational practices and/or shop environment experience.
• Experience with continuous improvement principles and lean manufacturing.

• Shift differential while working 2nd Shift / Weekend Night Shift.

Role type:
Onsite – Employees working primarily onsite, including production and maintenance workers.

Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
