Position:
Cell Leader – Advanced Casting Foundry (ACF) – Onsite – U.S. Citizen Required
- Assist with the start-up of the Asheville ACF facility and lead the cell during the startup phase.
- Onboard, train, and provide direction to skilled employees.
- Lead employee engagement and drive continuous improvement efforts guided by the Control Tower objectives.
- Lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements.
- Perform daily supervisory responsibilities, project management, effective communication, and execution with support group members.
- Establish work schedules considering customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities.
- Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building through daily toolbox meetings and effective communications.
- Work dedicatedly to address issues and engage the workforce in achieving cell goals.
- Demonstrate 100% dedication to Quality, Environment Health, and Safety (EHS) and Standard Production System (SPS).
- Drive quality and customer satisfaction through core operating system and continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience working with all levels of management.
- SAP experience.
- Specialized knowledge of technical/operational practices and/or shop environment experience.
- Experience with continuous improvement principles and lean manufacturing.
- Shift differential while working 2nd Shift / Weekend Night Shift.

Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
