CNC Machine Operator 3pm-11:30pmThe CNC Machine Operators’ responsibility is to set up and run our new CNC machines. The preferred candidate will have 5+ years' operating and setting up CNC machines, focusing on safety, quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Setting up and operating CNC lathes, mills, and other machining tools.
- Loading raw materials, tools, and programs into the machine.
- Inspecting parts for accuracy and defects.
- Using measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Monitoring machine operation and making adjustments as needed.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues.
- Following safety procedures and guidelines for operating machinery.
- Ability to analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand part requirements.
- Translating blueprints into G-code or other programming languages for the machine.
- Ability to operate and maintain various CNC machines.
- Excellent math skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
