WhatYou'll Do:
- Lead and sustain 5S implementation across manufacturing areas.
- Monitor and improve departmental KPIs, including Efficiency and Inventory Accuracy.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities to support continuous improvement.
- Support and monitor execution of the Master Production Plan (MPP).
- Conduct and analyze time studies to improve productivity and process efficiency.
- Support and lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies.
- Identify and assess requirements for production equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement and process development projects.
- Create, standardize, and maintain Work Instructions and related manufacturing documentation.
- Manage RCCP activities, including line balancing, manpower planning, and capacity increase initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement Industry 4.0 and automation solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
- Lead manufacturing execution activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including production line commissioning, line transfers, and industrialization.
- Lead factory layout optimization studies to support business growth and improve material and process flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, industrial engineering, or operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ERP/SAP
- Understanding of Industry 4.0, automation, and digital manufacturing concepts.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organizational, presentation, communication and time management skills, results-driven.
- Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix-based organisation.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.
