Salary
- Minimum starting salary $25.00
- Shift premiums:
- 2nd shift: $2.00/hour
- 3rd shift: $3.00/ hour
- Training may be completed on 1st shift for several months if needed
- $3000 sign-on bonus available for external hires

We're looking for skilled Machinists to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for an experienced machinist with a strong background in grinding and milling, who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges and producing precision components for the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment.
- Perform precision grinding and milling operations on aerospace components.
- Operate and troubleshoot multi-axis machining equipment, including:
- 5-axis grinding machines
- 3-axis CNC milling machines
- Multi-axis conventional machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Make tooling and offset adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
- Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma/GED
Qualifications
- 2 years of related machining experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong experience with precision grinding and milling.
- CNC machining experience preferred.
- Experience with multi-axis machining, including 5-axis grinding and 3-axis milling.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
