Machine Operator Ceramic Coat - AWW; Onsite

What You Will Do

• Operate a variety of production machines.
• Train to become proficient and certified in performing operations in at least two auxiliary equipment standard work groups (e.g., Bake/Grit; PHT; Pinhole Check and Surface Roughness Analyzer).
• Produce blades or vanes on the production line and perform all quality checks.
• Carry out daily standard work and complex operations, adhering to standard work and all work instructions.
• Clock labor in Solumina, perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), and document results.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.
• Execute additional tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of the position, to support department objectives and develop one’s skills.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens authorized under this program/contract.
• Previous manufacturing experience, education, or Advanced Manufacturing Certification.
