Putnam Plastics is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, process improvement, and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot equipment, improve manufacturing processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, conduct testing and data analysis, create technical documentation, and help drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Ideal candidates have:- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related role.
- Experience drafting reports and collecting data.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
- High degree of mechanical aptitude.
Experience in manufacturing engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, or ISO/FDA/cGMP environments is a plus.
