We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued aerospace manufacturing clients for an experienced CNC Milling Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with precision machining experience who are looking to join a stable, high-quality manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling equipment, performing quality inspections, and producing precision-machined components while meeting strict aerospace standards.
ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.
Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of CNC milling operator experience.
Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Experience operating:
Vertical CNC mills
3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers
Proficient with precision measuring instruments, including:
Micrometers
Swing gauges
Calipers
Other inspection equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Physical RequirementsStand and walk for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Work safely in a manufacturing environment.
