- Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
- Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience- 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
- Experience with production equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality testing.
- Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
- Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
- Ability to stand continuously for a 12-hour period.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.
Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $21.00–$25.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
