Calyxis Global Solutions seeks a senior leader to head daily CNC machining and manufacturing operations for aerospace engine components in Connecticut. You will ensure production targets, quality standards, safety, and AS9100 compliance are met.
You will supervise shop floor activities, mentor machinists, monitor schedules and scrap, and partner with Quality to maintain zero-defect performance and rigorous material traceability in ERP records.
