Rodeo Cannabis is seeking hardworking and reliable Cultivation Helpers to join our team at our Morris, Connecticut outdoor farm. This is a Seasonal Part-Time/Full-Time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cannabis cultivation and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a great way to earn some XTRA cash!!

Location: Morris, CT,
Schedule: Monday–Friday, and must be able to work weekends as needed

• Assist with daily cultivation activities, including planting, trellising, pruning, and harvesting
• Hanging plants, and processing finished material
• Perform regular plant inspections and quality checks
• Load and transport harvested material
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all compliance and safety procedures
• Landscaping and field maintenance

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Prior agricultural or cannabis experience a plus, but not required
