Lead daily CNC machining and manufacturing operations for aerospace engine components, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety, and AS9100 compliance are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shop floor and CNC machining activities.
- Lead, train, and mentor machinists and production employees.
- Monitor production schedules, productivity, efficiency, and scrap.
- Partner with Quality to prioritize production and maintain zero-defect standards.
- Track production metrics, material traceability, and ERP records.
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years of aerospace manufacturing experience with 5+ years in supervision.
- Strong CNC machining, blueprint reading, and GD&T knowledge.
- Experience with AS9100, AS13100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP;
Visual 11 ERP is a plus.
