Production Technician
Operate and monitor metal stamping machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently. Perform inspections, basic machine maintenance, and production data entry while supporting daily manufacturing operations.
Operate and monitor stamping equipment.
Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
Set up materials and make basic machine adjustments.
Perform routine machine maintenance and lubrication.
Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Record production data accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe work area.
Support assembly and other production tasks as needed.
High school diploma or GED.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and use hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.

Manufacturing setting with active machinery, frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 80 lbs.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, CT.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
