Your leadership will foster a positive work environment and help develop a high-performing team aligned with Honeywell’s standards and objectives.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Lead and develop production teams, providing coaching and support to enhance performance and engagement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout production operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- 3+ years of experience in production supervision or supply chain operations with a focus on manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing and developing production teams to achieve operational goals.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling tools to monitor and optimize workflows.
- Ability to enforce quality standards and safety compliance in production settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating and managing diverse teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and process improvements.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for continuous improvement and fostering a culture of safety and quality
