What you’ll doSet up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment to produce precision aerospace parts.
Measure, verify, and adjust—using precision tools, prints, and offsets to hit spec the first time.
Work alongside Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and the Tool Room to optimize processes.
Model best-in-class safety, quality, and teamwork.
What you bring
High school diploma or GED.
3–5 years of related machining experience.
Hands-on exposure to CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi-axis equipment.
Proven blueprint reading and inspection skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Dependable attendance, positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team-first mindset.
Aerospace background is a plus; strong machinists from other industries encouraged to apply.
