Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, executing, and optimizing the firm’s marketing strategy across digital, social, email, events, and creative initiatives. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on marketing support to ensure brand consistency, lead generation, campaign performance, and efficient marketing operations across multiple offices.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented marketing professional with strong communication skills, experience managing multiple priorities, and the ability to move seamlessly between planning and execution. This position partners closely with leadership, Client Relations representatives, and internal and external creative resources to deliver effective, compliant, and measurable marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the firm’s overall marketing strategy in support of brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth.
- Partner with leadership and key stakeholders on integrated marketing campaigns, branding, and local office marketing initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor social media campaigns, including planning, posting, community monitoring, content coordination, and basic performance reporting.
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list management, template development, scheduling, quality assurance, and performance tracking.
- Plan, support, and evaluate seminars, workshops, and event marketing efforts across the company’s offices, including pre‑event promotion, onsite support, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Monitor event and campaign performance, including attendance, lead quality, audience demographics, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
- Create and maintain marketing SOPs to standardize branding, workflows, and execution across all offices.
- Develop and maintain marketing budgets and support P&L analysis to improve cost efficiency and evaluate return on investment.
- Use Canva and other design tools to create simple marketing deliverables and coordinate larger creative projects with internal or external designers.
- Manage project trackers, timelines, risks, approvals, and deliverables to keep marketing initiatives on schedule.
- Capture content and provide backup support at events, which may include occasional evenings or weekends.
- Collaborate with a marketing assistant, Client Relations team members, leadership, and a sister company in Fort Lauderdale for additional marketing support.
- Support website updates, last‑minute executive requests, project coordination, and other marketing‑related assignments as needed.
- Ensure print and promotional materials follow required approval and compliance processes.
- Travel to offices, events, conferences, and satellite locations as needed, approximately 2–5 days per month.
- Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, digital marketing, event marketing, or brand marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading, organization, and follow‑through.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track results, and adjust marketing efforts based on performance.
- Experience working in a corporate or professional environment with cross‑functional collaboration.
