Location: Noroton Heights
NAYA Connecticut is seeking a creative, community-driven Field Marketing Manager to bring the NAYA brand to life in local neighborhoods across Long Island and Connecticut. You will build partnerships, lead grassroots campaigns, and coordinate openings with Operations and Marketing to drive awareness, trial, and guest loyalty.
The role requires 4–7 years in field/restaurant marketing, a bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/Hospitality, and willingness to travel to openings and market visits.
