Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time role that focuses on partnering with clients to define and refine their brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across advertising, web content, social media, newsletters, and other written materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand organizational goals, shaping brand narratives, and aligning written communication with strategic objectives. The person in this role will guide the creation, review, and improvement of content and campaigns that support brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

They will also contribute to project planning, maintain documentation, and help build long‑term client relationships.

• Candidate possesses skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to shape cohesive, long‑term brand positioning.
• Candidate possesses strong Communication and Branding skills to create clear, compelling narratives across multiple channels.
• Candidate possesses Sales‑related skills to support messaging that drives inquiries, conversions, and sustained engagement.
• Experience with content planning, stakeholder collaboration, and basic marketing principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site or in a hybrid model, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking abilities; prior work with agencies, brands, or non‑profits is a plus.
• Relevant education or professional experience in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field is preferred.
