We meet once a week for planning sessions. During junior and senior year, we have prom committee meetings once per week, as well. For each fundraising activity, we are working with students every day. Since fundraisers typically last for 2 weeks, we can estimate about 20 extra days of meetings related to fundraisers. For junior and senior proms, there are 2-3 days (set-up, prom night, and clean-up.)

Senior year activities other than the prom require approximately 4 days. One day for Street Fest. (Each class sponsors a booth or activity.) 2 fundraisers per year. At least one large event each year. During senior year there are at least 3 large events. One round of campaigns and class officer elections per year. 1-2 dues drives per year (We do 2 to allow people to pay in installments.)
