The Area Director will oversee all aspects of area ministry for FOCUS, including program delivery and staff, student, parent, volunteer, school faculty, donor, and community relations in the New Canaan area.
Responsibilities include developing a vision aligned with the national ministry, setting goals with ASC, mentoring staff and volunteers, budgeting, fundraising, and representing FOCUS to churches and schools while modeling biblical leadership.
