Encompass Health invites you to become a Nurse Supervisor, leading patient care and guiding nursing staff throughout rehabilitation journeys. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless implementation of procedures while delivering compassionate, personalized care in a team‑driven environment.

• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the crucial liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including on‑the‑spot feedback, annual evaluations, performance counseling, and discipline.
• Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and support successful recovery.

• Current RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification to be obtained within one year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity with responsibility for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.
