Pay: $40–$44/hr, plus shift differential when applicable
Shift Openings:
- 3-11 PM within Skilled Nursing; A 32‑hour per week with a $3 shift differential
- Week One:
Monday – Thursday - Week Two:
Tuesday - Friday
- Week One:
- Per diem within Skilled Nursing

Essex Meadows is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN to work within our 5-Star Rated Health Center!
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
- Administers direct care as necessary.
- Administers prescribed medications to patients.
- Make rounds to ensure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
- Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition.
- Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
- Maintains accurate documentation of all care rendered.
- Responds to resident emergency call system.
- Encourages restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
- Assures proper functioning of equipment and adequate supplies.
- Shares on-call duties with designated staff.
Qualifications
- Valid state, multi‑state or compact RN license in good standing. Must have current CPR certification.
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields, at least 6 months of nursing experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
All new hires must be able to pass our pre‑employment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.
