Pay Range: $22.50–$41.25 (LPN: $22.50–$31.50, RN: $27.75–$41.75)
Possible $6,000 sign‑on bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program ($167/month up to $10,000).
Job SummaryProvides professional nursing care under provider direction. Requires an active license in the state of practice.
Responsibilities- Perform general nursing care to patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Coordinate patient care activities for the clinic.
- Prepare equipment and assist provider during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing.
- Observe, record, and report patient’s condition and reactions to drugs and treatments to provider.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and ensure patient preferences are considered in emergencies.
- Maintain timely flow of patients.
- Greet patients and prepare them for physical examination.
- Screen patients for appropriate information including health history, vitals, and conduct nursing assessment.
- Document obtained information in patient chart.
- Instruct patient in sample collection and tests.
- Respond to patient phone calls promptly with appropriate input from the physician.
- Educate patients and families about diagnostic process, medications, nutrition, and health maintenance.
- Suggest solutions to patient care crisis problems and complaints.
- Maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies and materials; ensure cleanliness.
- Prepare list of medical supplies needed.
- Assure appropriate labeling of pathology specimens according to lab protocol.
- Perform quality control and maintain records on all lab testing.
- Must be able to work the specified hours.
- Must perform each essential job function, including visual acuity and effective communication.

- Registered Nurse (RN) – Board of Nursing; active license in the state of practice upon hire.
