Oncology Nurse Leader

Hartford Healthcare seeks an Oncology Nurse Leader to guide clinical practice and nursing teams within our Oncology department. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate complex cancer care, and champion evidence-based practices to ensure safe, high-quality treatment. You will mentor and develop staff, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and drive quality and safety initiatives. • Oversee daily operations of the Oncology nursing teams and ensure alignment with clinical standards.
• Coordinate complex cancer care across multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Champion evidence-based practices to ensure safe, high-quality treatment.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff, and support ongoing professional development.
• Advance interdisciplinary collaboration and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with oncology nursing experience and leadership demonstrated in a hospital or cancer center.
• Strong clinical knowledge in oncology nursing and patient-centered care.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, and implementing quality and safety programs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
