7-3 Registered Nurse Supervisor Position

New London Rehab and Care Center is seeking experienced RN Supervisors to join our team in Waterford, Connecticut. As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations during evening shifts and play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care.

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts
• Monitor resident care to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Lead in emergency situations and assist with clinical decision‑making
• Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time
• Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered work environment

• Current RN license in Connecticut (required)
• Prior supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
