Description:
RN Hospice Case Manager needed for a contract position with option to extend. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The role requires managing a hospice caseload independently. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
