RN Supervisor for a Baylor

New London Rehab & Care Center is a short- and long-term care facility dedicated to providing high-quality resident care and strong clinical leadership. We are currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Baylor weekend position
, working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every weekend
.

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the day shift

• Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making

• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift operations

• Active RN license in good standing

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Ability to commit to every weekend

• Long-term care experience strongly preferred

• Baylor schedule with consistent weekend hours
