Location: Morris
Rodeo Cannabis in Morris, CT is seeking hardworking Cultivation Helpers for our outdoor farm. This seasonal / part-time or full-time role offers hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation in a fast-paced environment.
You will support daily farming tasks, learn cultivation techniques, and contribute to quality control while complying with safety procedures. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to stand long hours outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team or independently.
