Administer the certified operator/inspector program, including training, testing and auditing;
Investigate and document certified operator findings and issue corrective action/written reports;
Support administration responsibilities of Central Quality (RMD data entry, MRB data entry, router changes, drawing and specification review, record retention);
Disposition and submission of MRB customer submittals and supplier returns
